The Total Trainer DLX-III Home Gym has a strong steel frame that provides a stable and secure foundation for your bodyweight workouts. The glideboard is large and comfortable and the pulleys and bearings provide a smooth movement.
With a weight capacity of 400 lbs, this home gym can accomodate just about anybody and still allow you to pack on plate weights for added intensity. This home gym is designed well also and will accommodate users up to 6’7”. The Bayou Fitness Total Trainer DLX-III Home Gym is a top notch gym and gives the competition a run for its money.

Extras

When you buy a bodyweight gym, lots of accessories and extras are usually included to help you target all those muscles and to build the perfect workout. Bayou Fitness follows suit and offers tons of extras with this home gym. For the upper body you get a biceps curl press bar, chrome pull-up/push-up bar, a biceps power flex attachment. For the lower body you get an extra large, heavy duty squat board and dual leg cuffs. Bayou Fitness also provides a pro ab crunch strap, a sit-up cuff strap, a pilates toe bar, chrome independent twin handles and a power weight bar for adding freeweights. Strength Training

First, we want to say that the Bayou Fitness really is a top notch bodyweight home gym. It will give any other bodyweight home gym in its price range a run for its money. That being said, one complaint that we have of bodyweight home gyms is they are not ideal for building strength. These gyms will get your heart rate up, burn calories and help you lose body fat, but they’re not going to build mass. There’s just not designed for this. To build muscle, you need to be able to lift heavy weights. With a bodyweight home gym like the Bayou Fitness Total Trainer DLX-III Home Gym you’re just not going to build strength.

The Bayou Fitness Total Trainer DLX-III Home Gym is a great bodyweight home gym. Though it might not be as well known as Total Gym, Bayou Fitness put together a quality home gym.
