Yeah it’s a mouthful, so we’ll just say the HemingWeigh XL Heavy-Duty Easy Gym 4-in-1 is a good home pull up bar that provides an upper body workout for the shoulders, back, chest, arms and abs. It provides four grip options: narrow, neutral, wide and extra wide. One set of grips is also angled for some extra intensity and more focused muscle workouts. These grips can be utilized with overhand and underhand grips to put focus on all areas of the arms, back, chest and shoulders.
This pull up bar can also be moved to the bottom of the doorframe to be used as a support for sit-ups and/or crunches to work the abdomen. One final option for this HemingWeigh Pull-Up Bar with Multi-Grip is to take it off of the doorframe altogether. By placing the bar on the ground you can perform even more exercises like dips and push-ups to work the arms and chest.
The HemingWeigh XL 4-in-1 is made from high-grade steel and has a weight capacity of 250 lbs. It is strong and durable. I could not find a single review that disagreed with this statement.

What We Love About the HemingWeigh 4-in-1 Pull-Up Bar with Multi-Grip

The HemingWeigh XL Heavy-Duty Easy Gym 4-in-1 Pull-Up, Push-Up and Sit-Up Bar with Multi-Grip provides many exercises on a single piece of equipment. As explained above, it can be used high on the doorframe for back, shoulder, arm, chest and abdominal routines, low on the doorframe for a few more ab exercises and on the ground for more arm and chest workouts. It’s strong and durable enough to take an intense workout.

What Isn’t So Great

HemingWeigh isn’t really known for making strength and exercise equipment, but it does match the capabilities of other bars on the market. One drawback of the XL Heavy-Duty Easy Gym 4-in-1 Pull-Up, Push-Up and Sit-Up Bar with Multi-Grip is that it doesn’t provide a hammer grip option. The hammer grip is great for a good focused back workout. It also doesn’t come with the option to securely mount this bar with screws. While not everyone likes to put holes in their walls, others with a designated workout room like the option of having a more secure exercise bar.
