The ProGear 400LS is a decent hybrid elliptical.  The benefit is that it won’t bore you with the same exercises day-in and day-out and it comes in at a very good price. This machine is does have the normal drawbacks of almost all hybrid trainers in that you’re not going to get the best biking or elliptical motions because it needs to accommodate both movements.
