The computer is very nice with its six (6) pre-programmed workouts. The elliptical is strong and sturdy and is sure to provide the average user enjoyable workouts for a long time. If you are not the average user as far as height and weight, Schwinn may not have had you in mind first when designing this machine. If that’s the case, give it a test drive before you run out and make the purchase
