Assembly and Installation:
Assembly seems to be hit or miss with the Yes4All CXP Doorway Chin Up
Bar. There are a lot of negative comments in regard to missing or wrong
sized screws and bolts being included with the packaging. Other
reviewers have n o problems at all. Most all saw the instructions are
difficult to follow. One thing to keep in mind about assembly is that
you only have to do it one time.
About the Manufacturer:

What We Love About the Yes4All CXP Doorway Chin Up Bar
There are a couple of things that are great about the Yes4All CXP
Doorway Chin Up Bar. First, for a doorway bar with this design, you are
usually paying double the price…at least. You get a lot of exercises
with the design including hammer grip, which is sometimes not offered.
The other great thing is that by reviewing comments on this product,
nearly everyone says it’s solidly constructed and a durable bar. It’s
hard to believe at this price, but it seems to be the case.
What Isn’t So Great
The main drawbacks of the Yes4All CXP Doorway Chin Up Bar center on
the assembly process. Reviewers complained about receiving the wrong
screws (a common complaint with chin-up/pull-up bars) and difficult to
understand instructions. The most worrisome aspect of this bar, however,
is that a lot of reviewers complained that it will damage your
doorframe. If you’re looking to avoid this, you should probably look for
another product.
Final Word on the Yes4All CXP Doorway Chin Up Bar
Yes4All retails the CXP Doorway Chin Up Bar at $23, but sells it for
$20.75. This is a great price. For competitor models with the same
design you will pay at least twice the price. You get a great number of
exercises for this single piece of equipment. You’ll see the same
complaints concerning assembly that you see with most chin-up/pull-up
bars, so be prepared to purchase some higher grade bolts and screws to
assembly this bar. Make sure you buy the product for a reputable
retailer just in case you’re not completely satisfied, but I think
you’ll feel like you’ve got your monies worth from this product.
